Load-out 拆台
Taking the production out of the venue: strike the set, de-rig, pack, load the trucks. It usually happens at night, at speed, against a curfew, with people who have already worked a show, which is why it takes a large share of the industry's injuries.

Easy to get wrong
Load-out is not strike. Strike is dismantling the physical production; load-out is the whole departure, including packing, dock and trucks.
A venue's stated load-out finish time is usually a licence condition, not a target. Overrunning it is a legal problem, not a scheduling one.
