Load-in 裝台

production-management

The period when the production arrives at the venue and goes up: trucks unloaded, rig hung, set built, systems powered and tested. The load-in schedule is the document every department negotiates over, because there is only one stage and everyone needs it first.

AU / NZBump-in

Easy to get wrong

Australian and New Zealand crews say bump-in. It sounds like the lighting term bump and has nothing to do with it.
Load-in is not fit-up. Fit-up is assembling the set once it is in the room; the load-in is the whole arrival including dock time and unloading.
