TTA StageTracker II
Performer tracking system built around small worn tags and fixed receivers, outputting position for both lighting and object audio. Designed so one measurement feeds several departments rather than each buying its own.
Protocols it speaks
| Protocol | Direction | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| rttrpm | out | Position output. |
| psn | out | Position output. |
| osc | bidirectional | Control and data. |
What to watch for
Coverage is a survey problem. Receiver placement decides where tracking works, and a steel venue reflects.
Position arrives in a coordinate system somebody has to define. Agree the origin with lighting, audio and video before the survey, not after.
