Scope
12G-SDI: the 11.88 Gb/s single-link electrical interface that carries 2160p up to 60 fps on one coax.
Notes
Cable loss at 12G is brutal compared with 1.5G: runs that were unremarkable in HD need better coax, shorter distance, or fibre. Belden and Canare publish per-cable distance figures against each SDI rate - use those, not habit.
