The Ethernet standard itself: the MAC layer and every copper and fibre physical layer from 10BASE-T to 400GBASE, plus the Power over Ethernet clauses that feed half the boxes on a modern show network.
Notes
Free to download through the IEEE GET Program, which opens the 802 family at no cost. Everything else in this index that says "runs over Ethernet" - sACN, Art-Net, Dante, AES67, ST 2110 - is standing on this document.
