Scope
The Chinese national luminaire safety standard, the domestic counterpart of IEC 60598-1: construction, creepage and clearance, temperature rise, insulation and marking requirements for luminaires sold in mainland China.
Notes
Published 2015-12-31, effective 2017-01-01, and free to read on the national full-text portal. This is the base document for CCC marking of lighting equipment; a fixture certified only to IEC or UL is not automatically acceptable for sale in mainland China. GB/T 7000.1-2023 is the newer revision.
