Shoflo
Browser-based live rundown and cue sheet tool that keeps a production team on the same running order in real time, with timing that updates for everyone as the show moves.
What to watch for
It is only useful if everyone has it open. A rundown half the crew is reading from a printout is worse than a printout for everyone.
Browser-based means it depends on venue internet, which is the least reliable part of most venues. Have a printed fallback for the moment the wifi drops.
Typical use
- Live rundown for a broadcast or corporate show
- Keeping stage management, video and audio on one running order
- Tracking actual versus planned timing during a show
