ETC ThruPower Rack
Rack whose modules can be configured per circuit as dimmed, switched relay or constant power, so a venue can move between tungsten and LED without rewiring. The answer to a building that has both and will have both for years.

What to watch for
A circuit set to constant power will happily deliver mains to a fixture somebody expected to be dark. Label the configuration at the socket, not only in the rack.
Configuration lives in the rack. Record it, because the next person will assume the default.
