Projection mapping
Warping projected content to fit a non-flat, non-rectangular surface: a building facade, a set piece, a car. The content is authored against a model of the object, and the projector is aligned to that model on site.

Easy to get wrong
Mapping is not keystone correction. Keystone squares a trapezoid; mapping deforms content onto arbitrary geometry, and needs the object measured or scanned first.
